"waiting times for surgery Nuffield orthopedic"

The Nuffield has been a really bad experience for me I'm still waiting for a procedure after 22 weeks and still no date, I reminded them about the patient charter only to be told this does not matter when they are this busy? I thought this was meant to lower waiting times, I was told sorry you have been forgotten about and the cancellation list I was put on never happened so not on the list? I asked what I can do about trying to get a time and date and was told nothing and if I was unhappy to go back to my GP and get a referral and start the consultations agin at another hospital? so I have nowhere to go and no help so I might just have to start all over again at another hospital putting me back over 1 and half years as this is how long its taken to get to this point! I will lodge a formal complaint with the CEO any day now I just need to get all the dates and peoples names together etc for the complaint so totally useless and lies more lies and more lies!!
