Concerned about cleanliness in patient toilets at St Laurence's in Kirkby- no sanitary bins in female toilets and only a towel for drying hands.
Concerned that there are no handrails on stair well.
Difficulty getting appointment when phoning up in mornings.
Unsure if feedback forms are listened too.
Generally good Dr experience.
