I am a patient at West End Medical Practice and have no complaints.
The waiting time for a non-urgent appointment is usually 2 days which I think is good. Not sure about emergency appointments because I go to the walk-in centre because it is so close.
There are 2 GPs in the practice. I like that they both know me personally and let on if I see them in the street.
