"Time to reflect"

About: CAMHS intensive treatment team Coatbridge

(as the patient),

When I was unwell, it was a struggle to accept what was happening in my life. Then I got help from CAHMS intensive treatment team and I met Marie my main worker. She supported me through my illness. We went to places where I could talk about my feelings and she gave me time to reflect.

They took me for walks in the park near nature. We also went to cafes and they made me laugh a lot. I think there should be CAHMS intensive treatment team, so young people have the chance to feel like themselves again.

Hi December,

Its good to hear how connecting with you and being able to give you some support, has meant that the CIT team have helped you at a time when you required help from us. I will pass on your thoughts to CIT and to Marie whom you mention.

All the best for the future.

Jim
