"Professional and very empathetic"

I was scheduled for a biopsy, 05.10.16 and found the whole process ran very smoothly from my arrival to departure. The nurse was very professional and comforting as was the doctor who performed the procedure. I would, if I have to, be more than happy to attend the dermatology department again. Thank you, to the staff, for making a very nervous patient feel much better about the whole process.
