My referral was not followed up.
No care coordinator allocated.
Keep bouncing me back to GP who then has to refer me back to CMHT.
A very uncoordinated service, and just adds to the stress and problems being experienced by someone with mental health problems.
I have been in their system for the best part of 2 years and they keep promising but deliver nothing in the way of help and support.
Back to GP, keep taking the tablets - sigh
