I had an operation last week and would like to praise the caring and understanding of the wonderful theatre staff who were with me. They were patient, friendly and helped me at the difficult time before I actually went into theatre. Thank you for showing true dedication and professionalism and for your kindness and understanding of my feelings.
Recovery staff are also getting my praise as they too were outstanding in their care and understanding. True professionals in both departments.
Staff in gynae outpatients showed empathy towards me when I was so anxious when initially attending. Thank you for being so genuinely kind.
Finally, the nursing staff on ward 14, who couldn't do enough for their patients. They treated everyone with such dignity and kindness.
They, again, were true professionals. All in all, first class treatment from first class staff in every area in which I was treated. Thank you!
