"Good with nervous patient"

This was the first time I'd been referred to the eye clinic by my optician and I was very nervous and anxious. Both nurses I saw and the ophthalmologist I saw did everything possible to reassure me and explain exactly what would happen and what they were doing at each stage of the examination. They gave me time to compose myself and plenty of opportunities to raise any questions or concerns.
