"Thank you to the nurse practitioner at the Royal Hospital for Children"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My 10 year old daughter had a dislocated toe. She was seen at the Childrens A&E department at the RHC in Glasgow.

I wanted to say we had excellent, speedy care from reception staff to the radiographer.

A big thank you to nurse practitioner Lizzie  who was very professional, caring and patient.

My only criticism was the lack of wheelchairs - the staff were having to move patients form the chairs so that other could use them. I am sure this could be rectified if addressed.

Dear Dislocated toe,

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding the care Lizzie and the Emergency Department team provided.

It's always really good to pass positive comments on to our teams, it's very much appreciated.

I'm sorry you experienced problems with wheelchair availability, I'll look into that to find out what happened and why there weren't enough.

I hope your daughters toe is recovering well.

Thanks again

Kind regards

Coral
