I was referred to The Royal Surrey County Hospital for a breast issue, and I would like to give some praise for all the staff, the receptionists at the radiography department, for their helpfulness and patience in a busy role, the kindness of the nurse in radiography who was very empathetic to my nervousness of having a mammogram and then to the amazing professional nurses and doctors who guided be through the process of biopsy and further scans.
I have encountered so much help and support and a special thanks to the staff at Castle Hill reception.
"Thank you"
