I am writing this to inform you of what wonderful care and attention my daughter and ourselves received today from Ward 4A at Pilgrim Hospital. She went in for a minor operation and I can't fault the care we received from everyone we were in contact today with; the Anaesthetic team, Dr Krupa, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Housekeepers, Vicar, Recovery Staff and the Porter. They were all so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring.
People can be quick to criticise and not so willing to offer praise where its due, so I would appreciate if you could pass on my comments to each and every one of them and let them know how valued they are and what a great job they do.
