"Appalling lack of care"

The staff of Elgin ward at Epsom showed my friend no dignity respect or even basic care they are either seriously understaffed or really don't care patients left and neglected families not consulted they have failed in even the basic duty of care and showed absolutely no finite or respect to the patients needs.
Shocking and shameful !
