"Doctor's prescription ruined my child's teeth"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter who was 8 had a pus filled wound on her foot lanced and drained and was given Tetracycline by the doctor in 2015. Several of her teeth are now ruined. Why did the doctor not know this? Not happy with this situation. Why did they administer this when it has been known to do this for decades. They are probably prescribing this still and messing up more children's teeth. Before this my child's teeth were perfect.
