"Minor Injuries staff"

Hi - an amazing nurse saw my son yesterday. This nurse was calm, professional and went way above and beyond to avoid having to staple a cut to his head. I was so grateful for their approach to him and reassurance to me. Their advice about his after care and what to do if he was unwell was fabulous. I couldn't fault our NHS and I hope the nurse's managers see this (I have also called the unit to ask to say thanks). We are quick to criticise our public services but I am extremely grateful and glad this was the one who patched him up. Thanks.
