What I liked
Although the care that my father-in-law has been given appears adaquate at the moment, more information could have been escalated to us by doctors about was treatment plan he is on. What could be improved
In this day where hospital aquired infections are monitored so closely, i found it amazing that no hand gel was available anywhere on ward.
Anything else?
I would be curious to know if the lack of hand gel is just located to this ward, or whether this is a problem across the Trust? I also wonder whether the ward staff has actually been trained on hand hygiene and infection control?
