I visited this hospital last afternoon for the first time, sent by my GP, to be seen by a specialist. After the reception and registration I have been called by the nurse for a first assessment and then for the blood tests. So a young doctor visited me and sent me to have more specialist tests. I spent seven hours in the waiting room to be told that the tests I had done were not enough to make a diagnosis, so I was recommended to stay for the night to get further tests the next morning. I decided to go away still with my pain, and I did't get any document about my care process nor any results. Seven hours for nothing. This is not the best way to deliver a good health care. Kindness is not enough ...
