"If only the hospital was as good as the surgeon!!!"

Been in a thornbury a good few times now and although it pains me to say it the quality of service is deteriorating. My surgeon of 10 years is absolutely incredible could not moan about him at all however the administrative and some of the nursing staff leave somewhat to be desired. Administrator "basically" tells me you need to put you appointment back and call here there and everywhere, even though surgeon brings it forward?  I then get admitted and upon getting back to my room someone forgets to turn drip on. Ask for cannula to be removed as per anaesthesist and wait a further 30 minutes. I ask at this point for pain relief ask again another twice and it turns up 35 minutes later. I remember this hospital when as a team it operated to amazing standards.....what's gone wrong?
