"My son spent the easter holidays on crutches for nothing"

this started with a trip to the beach my son got stuck in the mud he seemed fine till we got home then he was in a lot of pain so i took him to a&e there he had an xray then we were told that he had chipped his ankle so they put a cast on his leg, we went back to the hospital a couple of days ago to have his appointment to then be told he had nothing wrong with his leg so he spent the easter holidays in a wheelchair and on crutches being bored stupid for nothing. im not happy at all with this situation and i am going to take it further, my son is only 9 and hes been through 11 days of hell for nothing. Now his leg is weak and he has got another week or so to get it working propaly.
