I called 6 times this morning to be directed to the wrong department 4 times - including a clinical room where a consultation was taking place. The 5 time i was given a number which wasn't part of Goring Hall but some poor unsuspecting member of the public. i eventually got through to the department i needed & was told my referral hadn't been received despite being sent electronically 4 weeks previously, whilst i was actually in the consultation room. I was made to feel this was my fault it had happened.
I amazed anyone actually gets any treatment if this morning is any indication of the way things are run.
"Do they actually have any patients?"
