"Experience in Keats Ward"

Wow what a mess. Finally after getting onto the ward, my husbands medications were not managed properly. Many times they were the wrong amounts or late. Sheets were not changed, nothing was explained properly.

The Drs were lovely when I saw them and the day staff were great, although understaffed. The night shift were awful, poor language skills and no help at all.

You can see why Medway is in special measures - never again! !
