(as the patient),

I am an out-patient at New Craigs and find them most welcoming, understanding and empathetic. I suffer depression and had a psychotic breakdown several years ago. Dr Hay and my CPN Steve have helped me immensely to deal with these.

I have been on the wards - open and acute - as a visitor and found them comfortable and safe. Patients seem well cared for.

Incidently, I had a heart attack on the premises recently and am highly impressed at the swift and professional response they gave, surely saving my life. Thank you all who helped!

 Expenses for travel could be higher
