I was under the care for a neck lump. Tests included an ultra sound. MRI scan and finally the removal of a very large Branchial Cyst. The removal of the cyst went well however I had to attend ward 3 two days later for an afternoon of IV antibioctics. I then had to visit the ward a few more days later and the wound had to be re opened and a drain inserted and I then spent 5 days on ward 3. The ENT team were second to none, in their care and empathy. The nursing team on Ward 3 were fantastic and all should be praised. The only thing I could add is they were under staffed on the ward, but credit due they didn't fault in their compassion and care. I would like to thank all the ENT team and nurses.
Kindest regards and thanks Janet Harrison
