My mum Mrs Begum had thyroid surgery on Tuesday 30th August 2016. She was in Ward 14 at Fairfield Hospital.
She was under the care of two doctors who she speaks very highly of.
She is now making a good recovery and wanted to personally say thank you to the doctors who she found to be very friendly and helpful. I stayed with mum at the ward for the majority of the time she was there and found the healthcare provided by the doctors and staff to be of a high calibre and inspirational. Made me question why I pursued a career in Law as opposed to Medicine! I would be grateful if this message could be passed onto the team. Kind regards. Ashia Bibi.
