"Reassuring friendly staff for barium x ray"

I was recently sent for an urgent barium by my GP. I received a phone call the same day with an appt and I attended Solihull hospital the following week.

I had never attended Solihull before for procedure, it had always been done at heartlands. The staff could not have been more lovely and reassuring.

Bernard carried out the barium and he was so thorough, reassuring and professional at all times. He took his time and was so meticulous, all of the time letting me know what he was doing. Even taking the time afterwards to speak to me and explain things.

In such a busy department it refreshing to not have felt like you were just a number. I can't recall the names of the two staff working with him, but they were equally reassuring and so friendly.

Big thumbs up to this department. I certainly would have no qualms in attending there in the future.
