"The nursing staff and doctors ..."

About: Selly Oak Hospital (Acute)

(as a relative),

What I liked

The nursing staff and doctors were excellent, very efficient, supportive and caring whilst caring for my daughter who was an emergency case. The staff were quite literally the best I have ever encountered, their care and clinical judgement was fantastic and they were very supportive towards the family too, keeping us informed throughout. I cannot express highly enough how kind and compassionate these people were - particularly a staff nurse in the emergency department whose kindness and devotion to care was absolutely amazing - their reassurance and caring manner made all the difference in the world to us whilst we were going through a very difficult situation.

What could be improved

The reception/book in procedure - the staff were cold and unconcerned.

Anything else?

Thankyou to the wonderful doctors and nurses for saving my daughters life.
