I was a guest / patient of the National Hospital For Neurology and Neurosurgery between the 12th & 16th of August. My operation was a great success ( Spinal Decompression ) and I am getting better every day. The Nurses and Staff of Bernard Sunley Ward were unfailingly efficient and performed their duties with professionalism and great good humour. I would also praise the surgical staff, however I slept through all their good work. The meals were very good for a large scale operation and were delivered with a smile. The whole stay was great, I had been very nervous before the operation, lets face it, spinal surgery, must rank with the word cancer as one you would not want dropped into a conversation you are having with a doctor.
