I went to Doncaster Royal Infirmary for a Laproscopic Cholecystectomy, staying on ward 21. I am pleased to say, I found Miss Robinson very professional and approachable, I was treated as an individual and I had 100% confidence in her abilities.
However, the MRI scan could have been better. The staff were very nice, but I felt that the MRI scan was very claustrophobic. It would have been more pleasant if they had spoken during the procedure. There was a very long silent pause during the procedure, which I found quite frightening.
I found everyone very kind and helpful. All staff from service assistants to the consultants were friendly and approachable. I have no complaints at all. Thanks to Miss Robinson, consultant surgeon.
