"I couldn't have asked for better care"

About: Wansbeck Hospital / Walk-in service

(as the patient),

I was seen tonight in wansbeck urgent care centre for the removal of a dermal implant. the receptionist was very helpful and efficient then the first nurse I saw was amazing! she was so friendly! I then had a short wait to see a doctor, I believe mike was his name. Himself and a health care assistant examined me they both put me at ease. a nurse practitioner also came in to assist the doctor. they were all amazing and put me at ease while the doctor removed my dermal piercing which I had half pulled out accidently! I couldn't have asked for better care. from start to finish they were all great and kept me smiling and laughing throughout! would never hesitate to return!
