About: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust

I've been left for years rotting in my conditions despite diagnosis after diagnosis. I've had numerous independent medical professionals express grave concern that I am not being treated where I should be. I have been continually refused all access to all levels of care in clear breach of duty law. The PHSO is equally as impotent as SomPar NHS in not ensuring patients are safe and care needs being met. Complete failure.
