What I liked

Aside from the simple fact that they saved my husband's life, staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my husband's condition and treatment, treated him with courtesy and respect, kept him informed about what was happening, what tests they were doing and why, did their best to reassure us both when things got complicated and frightening and generally made the whole experience a lot less harrowing than it could have been. My opinion was formed over the course of our many visits to and stays in Adelaide Ward and Outpatients 1 and 2.

Also, the canteen was excellent and ideal if you live some distance away and don't really want to leave the site for long.
