What I liked
That I was able to leave
What could be improved
Almost everything, no dignity, no respect, I was sent home never having been told what had been done.
I had no follow up at all.
I had to visit my GP the next day as I had an allergic reaction and neither they nor I knew what meds I had been given or what operation I had had done.
I only found out that my gall bladder had been removed and I was in no danger from seeing my GP. Truly deadful experience.
Anything else?
Everyone I know says the same about FPH. They dont communicate with their patients. Consultants look through us, and the staff never stop and tell us what is going on, what we have had done, how it went, what we need to do next etc etc
I would use ANY hospital other than Frimley if I had the choice
