What could be improved
I was treated with contempt by staff and attempts to get a G.P to intervene failed completely. Staff ignored the ringing phone as they'd heard me contact him on my mobile. Twice in recent years I have been to WPH for injuries albeit minor sustained during seizures and the last fall I had left me unable to look after myself and yet I was treated as though I were exaggerating.
Anything else?
I would never ever go to WPH again.
