"Wards 4/40"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Have had a brain tumor removed .Consultant and their team was amazing and did all the best they can, they would come and see me every other day which was very reassuring during that time. Staff on wards unfortunately do not look like they understand what patients are going through and were not so understanding. I am not saying all of them, there were some amazing one nurse from Ward 40 and all the nurses should be like them! Especially in this kind of unit! However I do not wish to enclose any more details but they really need to improve on Pressure area care guys do not assume someone can turn themselves without making sure or at least ask the patient if they need help, thats why we need you(nurses and auxiliaries) to be there.Same with pain medications. It is really lots of assuming going on there.
