After being referred to see a Consultant for a dermatological requirement, I was very disappointed in their manor and means of communicating with a paying client. My partner and I found them inhospitable, irritable and verging on being rude. They queried why I needed to see them, something I found surprising given that I had been referred and then they proceeded to move off the topic in hand and make a personal remark. Very disappointed given that we had driven all the way (and pay!) to see a specialist about a potentially worrying health issue, only to receive an unprofessional and very hurried service.
