"Long wait in a&e old blood on bed still"

Went to a&e on a Tuesday very early morning only 2 people in the waiting room had to wait for an hour just to be triaged then waited another 4 hours to be seen by a doctor and then when I did the rails on the bed I had were covered in old blood stains and the care was very rushed in order to free a bed. I do believe the treatment I received was insufficient and rushed which in some cases could be dangerous.
