"Urology surgery couldn't have been better"

I have just had urological surgery at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and it couldn't have been better. Staff on Edgefield ward were great and in main theatres too!

Having an op is no fun but everything was explained, the ward was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

One big surprise was coming round in recovery. I had a general anaesthetic and I expected to be really groggy/nauseous and feeling ropey but not a bit - felt fine (aside from the obvious effects of the surgery itself).
