"My Mum said she felt safe and cherished"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

 had occasion to call out an ambulance crew to my elderly mum yesterday (July 2016). A technician called Gordon arrived first and then a back up crew was requested consisting of Ian, the Paramedic, Debbie (not quite sure of her status) and Claire, a Student Paramedic. What an amazing team. They were thoughtful, patient, caring considerate and ultimately professional. Nothing was too much trouble, my Mum felt so poorly, she's 87 and quite frail.

These people were absolutely amazing and someone in authority needs to know this. My Mum said she felt safe and cherished. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
