I was with my doctors practice for about two years and when I was in there, I was not even getting regular blood tests and did not even get sent to the hospital at all under the health services act 1948 as well and they did take me off all my nerves tablets as well for a start and when I did move from Warrington about 2yrs ago, did not even bother to get in touch with Warrington to get my medical records transferred over at all for a start now too and they was supposed to give me 30 days medication as well to tidy me over until I did change over to the doctor that I am with now. Can you look in to this now? Thanks.
