"Blood test"

I had and excellent service from the nurse who made my blood test at midday 13/07/16.
I'm suffering of a phobia with this type of test since I am a kid, they understood this situation straight away and adapted all the environment in order to make me feel comfortable and less nervous. Very kind, professional and human person!! This is the type of service that the NHS has to always offer.
I'm looking forward to have the same nurse I'm my next blood test. Thank you very much!
