(as a relative),

Because of a lack of communication between health officials, my son was in danger of not having his anti coagulant medication. A phone call to the excellent DVT clinic put us into contact with Dr Kallat's secretary, Wendy [sorry don't know her surname].

She contacted Salford royal hospital and got the necessary paperwork and faxed it to all the relevant people. She also arranged for a prescription for my son to collect today. Thank you Wendy for your prompt, efficient action.
