(as a parent/guardian),

My 12 week old went to hospital yesterday vomiting diagnosed ear infection course of antibiotics prescribed went triage today as follow up to be told he doesn't have a ear infection at all.   doctor we had yesterday didn't tell us or nursing staff anything nor did he even write up any notes we had to tell doctor today what was meant to be wrong

Details of your previous vist would have been recorded manually by the Doctor who saw your baby. i am sorry , hoever, that your vistsi to the department were less than satisfactory. Please would you contact PALS on (024) 7686 5550 to give further setails so that your caoncerns acn be looked into abd approriate action taken.
