I was seen recently by my consultant.I found that they had no real interest in my condition.
The consultant didn't explain to me anything about what was happening to me and why...
when I explained about my symptoms the consultant just said yes, yes no real helpful answers or input that may have helped me to feel at ease and reassured ..
I asked questions but again I was made to fell pushed to the side and I guess in some way a bit fobbed off .
I felt like my appointment with the consultant was well a waste of my time and then to be told to wait 3 months to talk about mri scan results..
why would it take that long to see me to talk about my results I had the mri scan today.
I spoke with the receptionist today to ask for the appointment to be brought forward and had already waited 24 day's for the urgent mri.
I was told by the consultant’s receptionist that the consultant wouldn't receive my mri results and info for 2 weeks ?
Is this true as I was told by the person doing the mri that the consultant should receive them in 5 days. Very confusing who to listen to for the truth or just an accurate answer. Very unhappy.
