"I was very impressed with the professional, caring and speedy treatment"

About: Victoria Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as the patient),

I was referred to above respiratory medicine clinic after I queried a diagnosis of COPD. The specialist nurse Heather examined me, took respirometer readings, blood tests and sent me for an x ray all within an hour. Heather then spoke to the consultant when the x ray results came through and contacted me by phone the same day wth a diagnosis and plan of treatment. I was very impressed with the professional, caring and speedy treatment I received. Well done to all the team on this unit and in x ray. Please pass this on to staff concerned.
