(as the patient),

I was referred to IHTT during a mental health crisis. The care they provided was truly holistic, compassionate, and allowed me to be treated in my own home, surrounded by my family, instead of being admitted to hospital.

The communication by and amongst the team was excellent. Despite the circumstances of my illness, the home visits and access to 24/7 telephone support meant that I felt safe throughout my time with IHTT. A truly excellent service.

Please can I apologise for my delay in responding to you but thank you very much for taking the time to share your lovely feedback about the care you received from the Intensive Home Treatment Team. I was really pleased to read how the care they provided to you was individualsed and compassionate which meant that you were able be treated at home with your family instead of being admitted to hospital.
