(as the patient),

Hi went in the short stay unit at Crawley hospital for injections into facet joints was in pain as usual, once I arrived I met Charlie who had a smile and handshake to welcome me we filled in the paper work and I got changed ready for theatre, I was offered tea had my temp and blood taken by Elaine, spoke to my surgeon who talked me through what was going to happen, after theatre Elaine made sure I was comfy and I was offered tea and a biscuit, I left maybe 20 mins later. The whole time there I was treated by people who went well above just doing there jobs, they cared and respected me as a person not a number, all I can say is a big thank you NHS
