"Thanks"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as a friend),

Came down with a friend after he collapsed at AC/DC concert, due to the fact we were out of area he decided to discharge himself as felt better and want to get home.

Would like to thank the nurses and doctor who came in for a quick chat to see if he was safe to go.

Many thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comment on the NHS Choices Website. We were very pleased to read that your friend had a positive experience in the Accident and Emergency Department of the Manchester Royal Infirmary. We were especially pleased that our medical staff contributed to this positive experience and that your friend was treated well. We always aim to provide our patients with a high standard of care and it is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work of our staff. We will ensure that your feedback is passed on to the Operations Manager of the A&E Department so that it can be shared with the wider staff.
