(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy the other day at the Victoria in Kirkcaldy. I can honestly say the nurses were the nicest and kindest I've ever come across. They made me feel so relaxed. I was quite nervous and embarrassed about it but that soon left me. I even managed no pain relief and I have no doubt they helped with me being able to do that. I know I'd never be frightened or embarrassed to have to go there again, as their care and attention was second to none. Clear they loved their job!

Thank you so much for your lovely post, it made me feel really proud!

Coming for a colonoscopy is a daunting experience and I can understand why you felt nervous before coming in, therefore it is great to hear that our staff made this easier for you. I will share your post with all the Endoscopy staff now and they will be delighted to read your comments so thank you again for taking the time to post.
