What I liked

I have been a patient in the haemotology department for seven years now. Because there is not a special haemotology ward I have been place on mynay wards. I have had good experiences!!! The nurses and doctors toom time to explain things to me and (i was only 16 when diagnosed) spent time to talk if I was upset. Well done!

What could be improved

Maybe the domestic staff could have been a little more efficient.

Thank you for posting these kind comments, which I will bring to the attention of the staff concerned. I am glad that you are happy with the services Tameside Hospital has provided for you.

I am not sure exactly what you mean about the domestic staff but I will bring your comment to the attention of the relevant manager. However, if you have more specific information it would be helpful to hear from you, as we can use your observations to improve our services.
