"Thank you to the Basildon A&E"

About: Basildon Hospital, A&E

(as the patient),

Boxing day 2009 I was admitted into the A%E Basildon NHS, unable to walk, I had a severely swollen knee. Arriving at the hospital I passed out, I was immediately taken to an emergency ward, was given a ventilator, drip. ECG. My knee was drained of fluid, and an Xray of my heart and knee. I was given crutches. the doctor very reluctantly discharged me, I had just arrived in Basildon for a few days holiday.

I wrote to Basildon A&E to thank them for all their kindness and professional treatment I received. I feel it is not good enough to just thank all the staff, and if possible my original letter could be published in some way. The people of Basildon do not realise what wonderful nursing people they have amongst them,

I very Humbly, again, thank all the staff, Doctors, Nurses Porters and the lady who bought me a a cup of tea when I was very thirsty, and a packed lunch. i can forward my original letter to you.
