"Not sure who my doctor was at Rotherham District"

I had a heart attack and heart failure and went to Rotherham District General, staying on CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) and ward A. I was happy with the care and attention of nursing staff.
However, I would have liked to have been visited by doctors and received more information from them. At no point, after leaving CCU, did any doctor see me. Immediately before my discharge, it was not clear whose patient I was.
I would like to thank all the staff on CCU.
